Legacy Fighting Championship's (LFA) seventeenth mixed martial arts (MMA) event is in the books as last night (Feb. 1, 2013) the organization traveled to San Antonio, Texas, for LFC 17: "Spratt vs. Hornbuckle," at the Cowboys Dancehall.
The event headliner saw welterweights Dan Hornbuckle and Pete Spratt face off in a competitive three-round battle with Hornbuckle emerging victorious by unanimous decision in front of Spratt's hometown crowd for his first win since August 2010.
The co-feature of the night saw heavyweights Jared Rosholt and Richard Odoms collide in a fight Rosholt dominated from start to finish. Odoms could not counter the superior top game of "The Big Show," and as result was handed his first professional defeat.
