Well folks, it's official.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held its weigh in event earlier today (Feb. 1, 2013) at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, for those fighters competing at UFC 156: "Aldo vs. Edgar," which is scheduled to take place at the same location tomorrow night (Feb. 2) live on pay-per-view (PPV).

In the main event of the evening, Jose Aldo will defend his featherweight championship against division debutante Frankie Edgar in what the promotion is billing a "super-fight." Rashad Evans could be fighting for a middleweight title shot in a light heavyweight bout against Antonio Rogerio Nogueira in the co-main event of the evening while Alistair Overeem is most certainly fighting for one at heavyweight earlier in the evening against Antonio Silva.
