Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) bantamweight contender Bryan Caraway is the luckiest guy in the world.

"Kid Lightning" is the boyfriend of former Strikeforce women's 135-pound champion Miesha Tate, one of the top female fighters in the world. That's a spot plenty of mixed martial arts (MMA) fans would love to have. But "Cupcake" is more than just good looks and UFC wins.

She's also a bona fide superhero.

Tate was recently on vacation in Mexico with Caraway and his parents, when his mom had a severe asthma attack -- on a boat at sea -- and turned purple.
