Looks like the UFC's 265-pound division could be getting one of its heaviest of hitters back fairly soon.
The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight division could be getting another heavy hitter back, as Todd Duffee is aiming to make his return to the Octagon very soon.
Posting on The Underground (via Bloody Elbow), Duffee delivered a simple message indicating that he is ready to go and asked fans who'd they like to see him take on for his return.
Check it out:
I am ready to GO!
Any suggestions the UG has on who they would like me to see me fight next.
Todd was forced to take some time off from fighting after he revealed earlier this year that he had been diagnosed with Parsonage-Turner Syndrome (PTS) -- also known as idiopathic brachial plexopathy or neuralgic amyotrophy.
The condition, which disrupts the motor skills of those who are impaired, can take as long as two years to fully recover from. Refusing to give up on his MMA career, the American Kickboxing Academy (AKA) - trained fighter seems to be well enough to get back in the swing of things.
Duffee was last seen laying out Philip De Fries via first-round knockout at UFC 155 back in 2012; his first fight inside the Octagon after getting released two years prior.
How about it Maniacs, can the 28-year-old bruiser return to his old form and make some waves in the 265-pound division?
