The children are our future and as such, they hold our fates in their adorable, tiny, toy-clutching hands. Walmart decided to let kids decide what this year’s hot holiday toys will be, holding a three-day playfest to allow them the try out and rate their favorite toys. Anyone who knows The Simpson‘s Funzo should be hoping those tykes didn’t choose a toy-murder happy creature sent from the bowels of hell to destroy us all.
Walmart hosted 1,000 boys and girls between the ages of 18 months and 10 years at a three-day event in August, throwing them 50 toys to play with and asking them to choose their favorites, reports the Associated Press.
That event garnered a top 20 list of toys, due out today. There is a new Furby on there (Funzo, is that you?) as well as a hugging Elmo (because tickling isn’t enough) and a Barbie dream house (does it have Wi-Fi?).
Keep your eyes peeled, parents. Don’t buy anything that kills other toys, or you could be putting your family in danger.
