UFC Quick Quote: Lyoto Machida doesn't have a lot of weapons and his attack is always the same

"Dan is the man's man. Like any guy on the planet, they love Dan because he's got a lot of heart and he always comes to fight. I always get emotional because he's really that guy. That's why I want to see him win and I think he has that chance because he knows when he lands that 'H-bomb,' it's goodnight. I'm gonna get a lot of heat now. Machida doesn't have a lot of weapons. Whatever he does, he does really well. He's got great distance, great accuracy, but his attack is always the same. It's a cross, or a kick and a cross. When you push him, he always moves to the same side. So, if Dan would look at that and just bullrush him, he could throw a big hand there and that could stop him."

Outspoken mixed martial arts (MMA) veteran Bas Rutten (via MMA Interviews) weighs in on the upcoming UFC 157: "Rousey vs. Carmouche" co-main event between Dan Henderson vs. Lyoto Machida, with the victor possibly moving on to fight the winner of Jon Jones vs. Chael Sonnen in the latter part of 2013. "El Guapo" is obviously a fan of the "H-Bomb," which Henderson used to fell mighty foes like Michael Bisping, Wanderlei Silva and Rafael Cavalcante. But is he accurate in his assessment of "The Dragon?" Or will the former champ prove him wrong next Saturday night (Feb. 23, 2013) at the Honda Center in Anaheim?
