A pair of Lightweight mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters are set to light up "Sin City" on Memorial Day weekend when Donald Cerrone and K.J. Noons lay it down at UFC 160 inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on May 25, 2013.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) leaked the 155-pound fight announcement this evening on the latest edition of "UFC Tonight" in FUEL TV.

Cerrone, perhaps the busiest fighter on the roster, is coming off a gut-wrenching (literally and figuratively) first round knockout loss to former World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) Lightweight Champion Anthony Pettis at UFC on Fox 6 just last month. Riding a two-fight win streak heading into the match, "Cowboy" was once again poised to make a case as the No. 1 division contender.

However, just like in his loss to Nate Diaz at UFC 141 back in Dec. 2011, Cerrone was sent to the back of the line, forced to watch the man who just defeated him earn a title shot in his next bout.

Noons, meanwhile, is in the midst of a two-fight losing skid under the Strikeforce banner, the most recent of which was a controversial split decision loss to Ryan Couture in Jan. 2013. Regardless, the former Elite XC Lightweight champion was invited to tryout inside the Octagon, which is odd for a fighter who has lost four of his last five appearances.

"King" clearly has talent, but he'll need to start winning fights if he has any intention of remaining with the promotion beyond his UFC debut.

UFC 160 will feature a Heavyweight title fight between current division champion Cain Velasquez, defending his belt against Antonio Silva, a man he defeated at UFC 146 in May 2012. In the co-main event, arguably two of the top striking big men in the sport will finally collide as former 265-pound kingpin Junior dos Santos takes on former No. 1 contender Alistair Overeem.
