Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is already setting the table for its annual Memorial Day Weekend pay-per-view (PPV) event in Las Vegas, Nevada, on May 25, 2013.

And it's going to be a big feast ... literally.

It was just revealed on the latest edition of "UFC Tonight" (Feb 12, 2013) that current UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez will defend his title against Antonio Silva at UFC 160, which will take place at MGM Grand Garden Arena, serving as a rematch of their 2012 encounter at UFC 146.

In their first meeting, Velasquez steamrolled the massive Brazilian in the very first round, ground-and-pounding him into a bloody mess, forcing a referee stoppage 3.5 minutes into the fight.

While many, Velasquez included, were hoping for a much-anticipated "big money" showdown between Velasquez and Alistair Overeem, "Bigfoot" put a halt to those plans and earned himself a shot at redemption with a jaw-dropping knockout of "The Reem" at UFC 156 on Feb. 2, 2013.

The third round stoppage detonated the Dutch striker's immediate title hopes.

While his manager would have preferred "Pezao" get another fight under his belt before challenging "Brown Pride" for the second time, UFC matchmakers had other plans (probably because there weren't many others top contenders deserving of the opportunity).

Velasquez, meanwhile, reclaimed his 265-pound title by manhandling Junior dos Santos at UFC 155 this past December in Las Vegas, earning a clean sweep on the judges' scorecards after 25 minutes of action.
